School application
Institution name and location, accredited-college confirmation, primary and backup institutional contacts, program information, preferred region/conference, and agreement authority.
Applications · August 3–28, 2026
A college submits one institutional application and a separate roster for each entered team. Each approved team is $100 for the full 2026–27 academic-year season. A school may enter one team or as many teams as it can responsibly support.
Institution name and location, accredited-college confirmation, primary and backup institutional contacts, program information, preferred region/conference, and agreement authority.
For each team: game, public identifier, coach, manager, captain, roster, substitutes, game accounts, accessibility needs, and shared-resource conflicts. Varsity, JV, Academy, A, B, and additional teams are permitted. Every roster is reviewed and scheduled independently.
Operating hours, holidays, lab availability, other-league nights, coach conflicts, one spring-break week, and title-specific availability.
Players attest current student status and the published policy. A coach or program director verifies the roster. Do not email or post transcripts, student IDs, or academic schedules.
Review the director guide, calendar, handbook, and published game rules. Submit the institutional application by August 28, resolve verification questions, register each team, then submit fall availability and rosters by September 11.
$100 per approved team for the academic year. The fee covers the regular season, conference championship where used, and Black Cat championship eligibility. There are no per-player, per-match, or playoff fees. Five teams cost $500; ten teams cost $1,000.
Institutional verification, roster review, published game rules, schedule generation, spring-break and shared-resource constraints, match support, score confirmation, standings, postseason administration, disputes and appeals, safety escalation, and season records.
Black Cat does not cap the number of teams a school may enter. If an individual competition reaches an operational limit, complete verified and paid entries are placed by approval time; later entries receive a waitlist position and a full refund if they cannot be scheduled.
