Contact Black Cat Esports

Join the Black Cat Discord

Use #support for general help, #how-to-register for program applications, and the assigned private match room for match-day issues. Include your school, role, game, and the decision or information you need.

General and registration questions

Include your institution, role, title competition, and the decision or information you need. Directors should identify whether they are exploring the league or preparing an application.

Schedule and reschedule requests

Include the match ID, both teams, current time, requested alternatives in Pacific Time, the reason, and confirmation that the opposing captain has been contacted. A request does not change the official schedule until approved.

Result disputes

Include the match ID, disputed score, relevant rule section, a short timeline, and original evidence. Do not send student records, passwords, unrelated private chat history, or public accusations.

Safety concerns

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Preserve relevant evidence and use the league’s private reporting route when it is published; do not post identifying details in a public Discord channel.

Response standards

General and registration: two business days. Match-day: monitored from 30 minutes before the first scheduled match through the final match window. Safety: if anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first; ask a moderator for a private safety ticket and do not post identifying details in a public channel.
