Match-day checklist

Every scheduled match record includes the official assignment, approved lineup, coordination history, game-rules version, result evidence, confirmations, and any ruling.

Required fields

Assignment: match ID, competition, teams, round, official time, and hosting team

Readiness: approved starters, substitutes, check-ins, and captain contacts

Rules: Version 1.0 game rules and any dated notice

Closeout: submitted score, opponent confirmation, evidence, and ruling status

Match-night sequence

  1. Captains verify roster and rulebook version.
  2. Teams check in and join the assigned coordination channel.
  3. Play proceeds under the published settings.
  4. A captain submits score and evidence.
  5. The opponent confirms or disputes before the deadline.

Rescheduling

The requesting captain proposes specific alternatives and a reason. The opponent responds, then league staff approve or deny the change. Until approval, the original website time remains official.

Result and dispute record

Submissions, confirmations, evidence access, rulings, and corrections are time-stamped. Sensitive evidence is visible only to assigned participants and staff; the public page shows the final score and appropriate ruling summary.
